This program is our fundamental program. We offer multiple class times, and work on an array of exercise components to create the best athlete. From a complete beginner to a seasoned veteran, Paramount’s Strength and Conditioning classes will get you in the greatest shape of your life. The program is designed to build strength, power, speed, agility and improve your overall athletic performance. The program is scientifically proven, and is proprietary to Paramount. There is not one else that does what we do! We utilize powerlifts, Olympic lifts, sprinting, distance runs, body building, and agility aspects in our program and we track the improvement for every athlete. Since we began running our program in 2010, no one has ever plateaued. We are a long term solution to you strength & conditioning goals.
Beauty by Barbell is also a strength and conditioning program. The workout is identical to that of Strength and Conditioning with a slight twist. There are No Boys Allowed. This hour is set aside for ladies only. Same intensity, with a different atmosphere.
This program is designed for the military/police/fire pt tests in mind. Aside from training for PT tests and the day to day physical challenges for these folks, this program is also perfect for adventure race athletes, like the GoRuck, Spartan Race and Mud Run. A typical training session for Mil.Spec.Fit will consist of distance runs/rucks, rope climbs, kettlebells, pull ups, push-ups, sit ups, met cons, obstacles, strongman components, sled pulls/pushes, team evolutions, and individual challenges. What also makes this program different is that much of the time the coach is participating in the workout right along with the class. It can be a gut check- but if you’ve got the ambition we’ve got the program.
Exactly what it sounds like, this program is designed specifically for weight-loss. The entire hour consists of high intensity, constant movement, and a very uplifting atmosphere. In this class, you get what you put in. The exercises are chosen so that everyone can do them, and everyone can benefit from them. There are variations for the beginner and for the veteran. Though the target client is one who wants to lose weight, this is also a perfect class for those looking to improve conditioning and lose body fat.
We also offer one-on-one, group sessions, and distance coaching. This can be a one-time personal lifting program emailed to you or a daily session with one of our coaches. When you purchase 6 or more sessions your nutrition planning and measurement tracking are free.

Paramount is a strength and conditioning program geared toward improving overall athletic performance, body composition and general physical skills. A Paramount workout is one hour long and includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. The program is very barbell centric. This means that the majority of the workouts utilize a barbell, sometimes in very unique ways.
The goal of this program is to allow anyone, regardless of ability, to continuously improve their strength, power, speed, muscular endurance, and cardio-respiratory efficiency without plateaus. During each workout a participant will encounter movements that are geared specifically toward their particular fitness level. The program is the result of 5 years of research and successful application.
